Reviewed the term sheet from a strategic investor, drafted and negotiated the transaction documents (SSA, SHA and ancillaries), coordinated the Rule 11UA valuation, and ran the FEMA / FDI compliance stack through closing — including FC-GPR filings on the RBI FIRMS portal after receipt of consideration.
